SALA is more than just sweating, it was born from our desire to create impactful experiences, community and healthy habits. We believe working out should never feel like a chore, that's why we designed a gym with a diverse timetable and contract free-drop in classes taught by expert trainers. We have over 30 classes a week to choose from, so we can be as flexible as you are.

Our changing rooms come fully equipped with power showers, all natural hair and body products, hair dryers and security lockers. Our complimentary natural rubber Lululemon mats are extra thick to protect knees and towels are available to hire for $2.

Please arrive a few minutes before class as we don’t permit late entry.
